HOW DOES FUNDRAISING WITH RIBBON & CLAY WORK?
Traditional Option
- Ribbon & Clay supplies a digital fundraising kit, two samples with wooden stands and an express post satchel
- The organisation prints the drawing templates and arranges the art
- The organisation takes orders and collects funds from family and friends
- The art is sent to Ribbon & Clay in the express post envelope provided
- Ribbon & Clay issues the school an invoice for
$15 (incl. GST) per ornament for artwork received by 30 June
$18 (incl. GST) per ornament for artwork received by 15 September
- Production commences once payment is received
- Within two weeks the organisation receives the ornaments individually packed per child for easy distribution
- The artwork is returned along with the ornaments
- Parents and friends love their ornaments and can re-order more directly from our website
Tech Savvy Option
- Ribbon & Clay supplies a digital fundraising kit and two samples with wooden stands
- The organisation prints the drawing templates and arranges the art
- The organisation determines the selling price
- Ribbon & Clay create a unique web page on their site to sell the organisation's ornaments
- The organisation distributes their unique Ribbon & Clay web link to parents and friends
- Parents and friends use photos or scan or photograph the artwork
- Orders are placed for ornaments directly on the Ribbon & Clay website. The artwork or photo is uploaded directly
- Ribbon & Clay will raise a recipient created tax invoice for the organisation with the funds raised (the selling price less the costs below)
$15 (incl. GST) per ornament for artwork received by 30 June
$18 (incl. GST) per ornament for artwork received by 15 September
- Production commences once the due date for orders has passed
- Within two weeks the organisation receives the ornaments individually packed per child for easy distribution
- Parents and friends love their ornaments and can re-order more directly from our website
