I'm buying a gift. Can I have it gift wrapped and sent directly to the recipient?
Yes! You need to look at your cart prior to checkout and click the "Add" under Gift Wrapping. You can add a message which we put on a gift postcard. Then, just make sure to enter the shipping address for the gift recipient and the billing address for you. All orders are sent without pricing.
I've previously bought from your Etsy store. Does my return customer code work here?
Yes! All discount codes work across both sites.
Do you have bulk order discount codes?
Yes! Buy more and save! To use the codes below, click the "Coupon/Gift Certificate" button at check out and add the corresponding code from below.

Can I have a custom design?
That depends. If it's different wording on an existing design, that will probably be fine. If you want something completely unique it depends on how busy we are. For either, send us an email at hello@ribbonandclay.com.au with what you'd like (and a photo if you've seen something similar) and we'll let you know if we can do it.
What are your Christmas cut-off dates?
To avoid disappointment, we recommend you order as soon as possible. For regular post (including our free shipping) our last order day will be the 9th of December. We recommend upgrading to Express Post from then. Final orders will close the 20th of December and will need to be Express Posted. This is still cutting it VERY fine and I wouldn't recommend it! We post from Adelaide, South Australia. From here deliveries to Queensland and Western Australia can take an extra day or two.
